Getting assistance when getting through the Shops Licence registration

When an individual or a business has to register for the Shop Act, there are a couple of rules they have to follow. The most important rules of the lot are that they have all their documents and other registrations in order before they can begin. There are additional rules that they have to get through as well. The FSSAI allows people to start running their business after which they have 30 days to get through the Food Licence registration. There are specific rules about various other registration processes to be followed when they are getting through.

While most people running businesses are not sure about the paperwork that they have to follow to get through the process, there are people and teams they can work with, if they are planning on getting through the process. Furthermore, the Government and several of their departments have put up information and documentation about all the processes that companies have to go through if they are planning on running a shop, how the rules change based on the company and the work that they are doing to get things done.

While there might be many who are not yet open to using the website, there are others who might prefer communicating with the respective offices and the people behind the desk to get their work done. Overall, both approaches work as long as the company has its documentation and information in order when getting through the process. People who are not the most tech-savvy but do not want to keep running to the office can also consider using the customer care number to get in touch with the right departments to get the information that they need. They should be aware that the phone number is not the same across India and might vary based on the Indian State.

Additionally, the Shop licence is not a one time document but has to be reviewed and renewed regularly. They usually provide a one-year validity, but there are a handful of exceptions where they are created and produced for five years.

The shop and labour registrations have a few steps, which are as follows:
